Introductory Conversation

Prior to agreeing to work together, I invite you to book an exploratory conversation where I provide information about sessions and answer any questions you might have.

An introductory meeting, either on-line or in-person, provides safety for both of us.

We get to meet each other prior to committing to anything that might feel exposing or overwhelming. And you get a chance to change your mind.

It provides an opportunity for me to understand (as best as possible) what your expectations are, what intentions could be set for the experience, and to develop some agreement around how boundaries and consent work.

It also provides a valuable gap between the talking (mind) and the experience (body). This allows for the information received to integrate and for a preparation towards the actual touch-work experience.

Introductory conversations can either be a brief 20 min online conversation (free) or a slightly more in-depth meeting (online or in-person) of between 1 and 1,5 hours (R600).
