A vision: To collaborate in co-creating events that invite and encourage enlivened participation in authentic self-expression and vulnerable connection.
Underpinning this is an interest in supporting the resilience, empowerment, and flourishing of each person, harmoniously balanced with the well-being and upliftment of all1.
I and we, us and me
There’s an apparent polarisation that would have us choose between connection or isolation. In this, we would either give up a part of our authentic self-expression so as to belong, or risk exclusion. As such it may seem that a need for human connection is in conflict with a need for authenticity.
I feel sad about that, and feel also that any strong emphasis, placing value on only individual expression, or on only the collective mindset, is a disservice to us all.
I also feel very strongly that authentic self-expression can co-exist in harmonious balance with vulnerable and intimate connection, community, collaborative co-creation, and belonging.
One plus one is more than three
I’ve found that it’s good for me to have periods of time in my own company, attending to needs and desires that relate to my well-being and individual expression.
I’ve also found that I get tremendous benefit from shared experiences, and that more is possible and achievable when collective interest, and shared effort, is given space to support, encourage, inspire, and co-create.
The invitation
So, I am reaching out with curiosity, an open heart, and a fervent desire to connect with those who relate to co-creation, thriving on principles of win-win collaborative efforts, and collective upliftment; where, each person’s unique skills and perspectives contribute to a tapestry of shared growth and mutual support – lifting each other up, learning from one another, and flourishing together.

Guiding principles
These principles are held as pillars of intention, towards:
- the co-creative process,
- the quality of spaces created, and
- as an invitation for those who participate.
As intention and invitation, it is acknowledged that we consciously strive for this, as best we are able, with what is available to us, in each moment.
Perception of meaning for each will differ, and change with new awareness – consciousness becoming conscious.

We all
The “All” (we all / all of us) encompasses the widest perspective we are capable of holding in the moment, without feeling overwhelmed or dis-empowered.
It holds ‘self-interest’, with the awareness that:
- Being the best version of myself, connected to my intrinsic sense of humanity, will ultimately overflow in benefit for all;
- Being inconsiderate of the impact of my beliefs, thoughts and actions, is probably not in my self-interest, overall;
- Authentic self-express can co-exist, co-create and contribute to collective well-being in a harmonious balance of symbiosis, even (or especially) in our diversity.
