Embodied Intimacy: Exploring Erotic and Emotional Desires Through Dance

Unlock New Levels of Connection Using The Erotic Blueprints™

Join in a transformational weekend with two events, an Erotic Blueprints™ BlissDance Introduction on Friday night, followed by the Embodied Intimacy one-day workshop, that guide you through a powerful exploration of consent, connection and intimacy—all through the natural expression of dance.

Whether you’re single, in relationship, or simply curious about deepening your understanding of self and others, this workshop offers you tools to unlock your erotic potential in a respectful, supportive and playful environment.

With two visiting facilitators, Claire Rumore (USA) and Stephen (Rayven) Tredrea (NZ), you’ll engage in guided movement, playful exploration, and deep reflection, using the Wheel of Consent, The Erotic Blueprints™, and Blissdance as frameworks for self-discovery and connection.

This is an opportunity to experiment and play outside of what’s familiar, exploring intimacy with yourself and others in a space that is held with care, presence, and consent.

Why These Frameworks?

The Wheel of Consent from Betty Martin is a revolutionary tool that helps people understand the dynamics of giving and receiving touch, power, and permission. This framework empowers you to make clearer choices, improve your ability to communicate boundaries, and help you engage in relationships in a way that feels good for you and others.

We introduce key practices from the Wheel of Consent, allowing you to experience what it feels like to truly give, receive, take, and allow—helping you navigate intimacy, connection, and desire with greater clarity.

The Erotic Blueprints™

Created by sex and relationship coach Jaiya, the Erotic Blueprints™ provide a language for understanding your personal erotic expression. Just as people have different love languages, we all have unique ways of experiencing and expressing desire. The five Erotic Blueprints™—Energetic, Sensual, Sexual, Kinky, and Shapeshifter—help you:

  • Discover your primary pathway to pleasure and what turns you on.
  • Learn how to communicate your needs in a way that others can understand.
  • Engage constructively with partners whose blueprints may be different from yours.
  • Break free from habitual patterns and open up new ways of experiencing pleasure.

This workshop offers a playful and embodied exploration of your Erotic Blueprint™, using movement and dance as a way to express and integrate your discoveries.

Blissdance: A Journey of Movement and Connection

Blissdance is a conscious dance practice that allows you to explore movement, emotion, and intimacy in a deeply embodied way. Using breath, sound, and intuitive movement, you are guided into a sensory-rich experience of connection—both with yourself and with others.

Blissdance is not about performance or perfection—it is an invitation to drop into your body, let go of non-serving inhibitions, and allow yourself to move from an authentic place. Through this practice, you:

  • Play with movement as a form of communication.
  • Explore connection and vulnerability in a safely, held space.
  • Engage in guided exercises that encourage authentic expression.
  • Develop greater trust in yourself and your desires.

Blissdance serves as our primary medium of exploration, offering a somatic, embodied experience of the Wheel of Consent and the Erotic Blueprints™ in action.
