This is done in a way that’s playful, loving, and practical. Yes, we’ll talk about sexual fantasies, edgy role plays, and taboos galore. And we’ll also teach you grounded, practical, methods and tools you can start using immediately.

We know that working through issues around sexuality can be triggering and overwhelming. So we’ve worked hard to create an engaging, supportive program that meets you where you are – regardless of your sexual history, busy schedule or relationship status.
