Tantric Immersion

Tantric immersion events are courses, workshops and retreat experiences that take Foundation and Conscious Touch practices to realms that are: a little more personal, a little more vulnerable, a little more intimate.

If you were an old map, your Tantra would lie at its (a)frayed edges, where it is inscribed: hic sunt dracones. Tantric practice is intended to pierce illusion and expose Truth*.

The implication of your Tantra is that it’s personal to you: your edges of (dis)comfort, your unconscious brought to light, your creative life-force energy, untethered and channelled in service to your highest Self.

The question I hold, underlying everything I offer, is: How can I support you, holding your well-being and highest interests at heart, with compassion, and the deepest respect?

While your biography, circumstances, needs and desires will inform their your Tantric exploration, here are some core aspects:

  1. Embodied sexual, or life-force energy—including self-love, pleasure and play
  2. Archetypal qualities or principles of masculine and feminine (not gender)
  3. Erotic shadow-work, aspects of self, and inner-child
  4. Symbolism, ritual and non-ordinary states of consciousness
  5. Life and death

* Not “the truth”—your Truth: your authentic expression, power, beauty, magnificence, wonder, potency, …

Why?

While you’ll have your own reasons, possible layers of exploration are:

  • Self-reclamation—connect with, heal and integrate parts of yourself that have been suppressed, judged, abused and/or forgotten.
  • Self-expression—expand and grow in ways that support, encourage and celebrate your fullness and vibrancy, and the potential of your highest, most authentic self.
  • Connection and belonging—develop your capacity for vulnerable and intimate connections, for support, growth, co-creation and shared-experiences, that are aligned with your needs and desires.

Being in a different country (and under managed isolation) I’ve been exploring different ways to connect with the local tribe, to find opportunities to feel welcomed and included. I joined a group of humans in an online group who, on the whole seemed interesting, fun and inclusive – and then I was ejected, without explanation and Failing Safely

Blink and it’s another year; yet how everything that has happened fits into one year is a mystery to me. I reflect back on my post of a year back, Stepping Out and Up, and there’s a reflective sense of being mindful of what you put out to the universe (or in other words: careful Ten to One

Slow the fuck down is a way to tap the exquisite vastness of subtle. As things tend towards stillness and silence the subtle expands towards the infinite. Our senses become fine-tuned and heightened to the nuances in a way that feels electric. The moment stretches out into an endless experience.

Balconies of deteriorating building

2019 is the year for being unapologetic and larger than the suffocating closets we retreat into. This builds beautifully on 2018’s embrace of greater joy and excitement, which is so crucial to loving and holding ourselves through the difficulty of stepping out and up.

I’ve often felt acting is a valuable capacity to develop as a life-skill in support of self-growth. You act a role, a certain desirable attitude or behaviour, and then ask: who’s acting? I believe it becomes difficult to claim it’s not you. It’s seemingly a contradiction – I’m just pretending so it’s not me yet Shapeshifting

It’s a can, can, can and a go, go, go – 2018 is happening faster than this website can keep up with. Without getting stuck in reviewing and revamping the site to meet the needs of 2018, here’s the inside track…
